At Yakima Regional, volunteers are a vital part of our patient care team, helping staff deliver outstanding care to both patients and their families. Volunteers are seen welcoming visitors, escorting patients and family members, delivering flowers and working on our medical floors with staff. Volunteering offers opportunities for seniors, retirees, professionals, homemakers, students and anyone else interested in helping others. Our current volunteers range in age from 16 to 80. Flexible scheduling is available to meet the needs of our volunteers.
