HospitalVolunteer.net displays advertising, including ads served by third-party networks such as Google. Advertising is what pays for hosting the directory, maintaining it and keeping it free to use.

What advertising does not affect

Advertisers have no influence over:

• whether an organisation is listed in the directory;
• where a listing appears, or how results are ordered;
• how a volunteer link is described, including when we report that it no longer works;
• whether a correction is accepted;
• anything else described in our Editorial Policy.

No organisation can pay to appear in this directory, and no organisation has paid for the position of its listing.

Ads are not listings

Adverts are supplied by advertising networks and are separate from directory content. An advert appearing on a page is not a listing, not a recommendation, and not connected to the hospital described on that page. We do not control which specific adverts a network serves you.

We do not act for hospitals or advertisers

HospitalVolunteer.net is an independent directory. We are not agents of, partners with, or representatives of the hospitals listed here or of any advertiser, and we do not accept payment to represent an organisation's interests.

Links to other sites

Volunteer links and organisation websites point to sites we do not run. We check whether those addresses respond; we do not control what is on them. Their content, privacy practices and application processes are theirs, not ours.
