Our volunteers at The Woman's Hospital of Texas are an integral part of our healthcare team and give us their most valuable asset, their time. While small in numbers, they contributed 3,536 hours in service last year.Volunteer opportunities at The Woman's Hospital of Texas include staffing the information desk and surgery waiting rooms as well as assisting in some administrative areas.The volunteer works with the Child Life Specialists in nurturing contact to infants through hold and touch.We have a Junior Volunteer Program for two months during the summer; it begins in June and ends in August.
