Application process

Completed Volunteer Application if under 18 you must fill out a Junior Application; Background Check; Health Questionnaire; Drug Screening; TB Skin Test; All applicants must complete an orientation which includes: tour of the hospital, reviewing the volunteer handbook, general safety orientation, overview of volunteer policy/procedures and responsibilities; All applicants must be oriented to the hospital’s confidentiality policies and procedures, including signing a confidentiality statement and completing a competency review.
