If you are interested in volunteering at Banner - University Medical Center Tucson, please register online for one of our upcoming orientation sessions or call (602) 230-2273 (CARE). Orientation Session Prerequisites: Be 16 years of age or older; Must be able to provide up-to-date health records including the following: Negative TB test results (must be within the past 12 months); Banner has a 2-step TB screening process, a second TB screening will be administered during on-boarding; MMR immunity (not required if born before 1957), can be either 2 MMR vaccines or positive MMR titers; Varicella immunity, can be either 2 varicella vaccines, positive varicella titer, or 1 Zoster vaccine; shingles vaccine counts, does not need to be annual; history of disease is not acceptable; Pass background check
