Volunteer details

Union Hospital has an active group of men, women and teens who generously volunteer their time, knowledge and skills. Our Volunteer Corps is a diverse group of approximately 200 adult and teenage volunteers who donated a total of 36,271 hours in 40 different areas last year. Our volunteers assist staff with clerical and mailing tasks, patient registration, family waiting rooms, information desk and special projects. Emergency, Surgery, Critical Care, Hux Cancer Center, Clara Fairbanks Center and our off-campus facilities all benefit from the services provided by our volunteers.
