Application process

Prior to beginning active service, The Medical Center Volunteers must complete the following: Application and Background Check Release Form; Interview; Drug Screen; TB Test; Medical History Form; Immunization Verification; Self Study Orientation; ID Badge; Volunteer Jacket - Regular volunteers are responsible for purchasing their own blue smocks. These requirements will be explained in greater detail during the interview process.
