When you become a volunteer at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth, you join a team of caring professionals whose mission is to improve the health of the people in the community they serve.Volunteers are dedicated men and women, at least 18 years of age, from different backgrounds, who share a common desire to help others.All volunteers must attend a general orientation and an annual in-service. Volunteers are required to have a tuberculosis screening prior to beginning volunteer placement. This is a simple test done free of charge at orientation by the Employee Health nurse.
