Volunteer details

The Theresa Snaith Hospital Auxiliary provides opportunities for volunteers over the age of 18 to help in several areas of the Hospital. The Hospital Gift Shop is one of the Auxiliary’s major fund-raising activities.The SJMH Teen Volunteer program has been designed so that young people could help the hospital staff with limited patient care, running errands, secretarial duties and other services.Volunteer teens must be between the ages of 14-18 and be willing to work at least two hours per month. Two letters of recommendation are required for participation. One letter should be from a school faculty member. Volunteers will be required to attend an initial orientation prior to working.
