Application process

If you would like to apply to become a volunteer,download the Volunteer Application. You may submit your application in the following manner: Fax to 813-975-7103; Mail to volunteer services, c/o the hospital address on the application; Email; Drop off at the front desk reception or volunteer office at the hospital; If an appropriate volunteer position is available (view a list of volunteer job descriptions), you will be contacted for an interview and hospital tour. If no appropriate openings are available when your application is received, we will keep your application on file for three months, if requested.
