SPMHC staff members welcome the help of enthusiastic and energetic volunteers including teenagers and adults of all ages.There are two ways to become a volunteer:Friends of SPMHC and or you can volunteer for one or more specific assignments.An average time commitment is once a week for 2 or 3 hours, but scheduling depends on each volunteer’s availability.
