Samaritan Healthcare Volunteers are placed in various departments throughout the hospital as well as at the Pioneer Medical Center and Samaritan Professional Center. Our goal is to match individuals with volunteer positions that best suit their needs. Students 14 years and older, Adults (no age limit), Chaplains and Lay-Chaplains.Volunteer’s duties are as diversified as the individual himself or herself. Positions may include but are not limited to: Chaplain Services, Clerical, Gift Shop Cashier, Merchandiser, Short Stay Liaison, Emergency Room/Admitting Assistant, Library/Education Assistant, Information Desk Volunteers.
