Several volunteers donate their time at the Center each year, while some area physicians provide medical care to Center patients at little or no cost through Center referrals and on-site services. The contributions of time and talents are valuable to us at Riggs CHC. While federal, state, and local grants, the United Way, and local donations support Riggs CHC, the Center is in continuous need of community volunteers. Hours are flexible and training is provided. We ask that all volunteers commit to a six-month time period. If we are not contacted after two unknown absences, volunteers will be considered inactive.
