We have friends of the hospital, foundation and hospice who donate their time and talents, whether it be hour, a month or something they do weekly. They donate their skills and their talents to support your medical center. They lend a hand wherever help is needed. They do everything from assisting departments with special projects, to making blankets for patients, to welcoming our visitors and answering questions they may have. Our volunteers are community-minded people who make a difference by lending support to your healthcare community. Application process

STEP 1. Download and complete the Volunteer Information Packet Request form and return it to Jennifer Grund, Volunteer Coordinator at RCH&C or email grundj@rchospital.com or by calling Jennifer Grund at 800-916-1836. STEP 2. Complete the volunteer application form you will be receiving and return it to the Main Entrance Registration Desk or by mail: Jennifer Grund, Volunteer Coordinator, 100 Healthy Way, Olivia, MN 56277 or by email at: grundj@rchospital.com. STEP 3. Interview. STEP 4. Complete health screening: Two negative TB tests (provided at no charge); Provide proof of measles, mumps, rubella screening; Hepatitis B immunization. STEP 5. Orientation.
