The volunteer/auxiliary members at Prairie Lakes Healthcare System are a valued group of individuals. They provide outstanding customer service and assistance to both visitors and patients at Prairie Lakes in a variety of capacities.Prairie Lakes Healthcare System welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to volunteer. Many of our volunteers are homemakers, working people, and retired people. Volunteers at Prairie Lakes serve in a variety of areas including working in the hospital gift shop, manning the reception desk, helping families in the Same-Day Surgery waiting area, and volunteering at the reception desk at the Caring Club House.
