Application process

1. Fill out a General Agency or Hospice volunteer application. 2. Criminal background check. 3. Interview. 4. TB test. 5. Orientation to Northwest Colorado Health policies and procedures. 6. Provide a copy of valid driver's license and current auto insurance. 7. 20 hours of training (Hospice direct patient care ONLY)
