Volunteers are an important part of Baystate Noble’s success. When you choose to volunteer at Baystate Noble Hospital, you are joining a dedicated staff in an environment that is friendly and welcoming. Our volunteers meet new people, develop skills, gain valuable experience, and enrich the lives of our patients. Volunteers receive many additional benefits, including a discounted meal for each shift, free parking, and annual recognition for their service. Volunteers and Interns donate their time in many different departments throughout Baystate Noble. In 2016, 107 Baystate Noble volunteers gave more than 15,000 hours of service. Many of our volunteers have given generously of their time and talents for over 10 years. We are grateful for their contributions to our hospital and the greater Westfield community! All volunteers are screened to protect the safety of our patients. Additionally, volunteers are required to successfully complete an application, background check, health screening and orientation before beginning volunteer service at Baystate Noble Hospital.
