You can also pick up a copy from the MCMC Executive Offices at 2100 Baptiste Dr., Paola, KS 66071. Return completed applications in person to the address above, via email at juanita.sprinkle@olathehealth.org, or via fax at 913-294-9897. Once your application and background check have been received and reviewed, you will be notified by phone or email to schedule an interview and discuss opportunities currently available.
