Always seeking to improve the patient care experience, they are assigned to more than 40 different service areas and departments where they perform an array of duties. Depending on individual interest, some volunteers serve directly with patients and others provide invaluable assistance to hospital support areas.​ At Methodist Hospital of Southern California, we strive to give more than excellent health care; our goal is to provide hope, comfort and convenience for our patients and families.
