At Memorial Hermann Baptist Beaumont Hospital, committed volunteers are a proud part of our heritage. Our volunteers come from all corners of the community and represent a variety of professions, age groups, physical abilities, and ethnic and cultural backgrounds.The volunteers also encourage students to pursue healthcare career educations by offering educational scholarships.Adult volunteers (minimum of 18 years of age) are asked to commit to volunteering three to four hours a week for a minimum of six months.High School and College Student Volunteers are asked to commit a minimum of 25 hours of service to the hospital. This is done through volunteering two hours a week during the school year and/or four hours a week in the summer.
