Mariners Auxiliary is a very vibrant organization, and the men and women of the Auxiliary are an integral part of the Mariners community. Our volunteers work in nearly every area of the hospital - from managing the gift shop to preparing food trays for patients, from greeting patients at the medical arts building front desk to preparing admission packets. With immeasurable generosity and selflessness, these volunteers share of themselves, taking the extra steps that make a difference in another person's life. They make sick patients smile. They read to patients. They soothe the ill. They lend a hand to hospital staff. They organize fundraising events, raising money to purchase medical equipment and sponsor employee scholarships.
