Volunteer details

The Humboldt Hospital Auxiliary, whose members are known by their pink jackets, serve as the fundraising arm of Humboldt General Hospital. Volunteers are needed—both men and women—to work at the group’s main funding source, the Poke & Peek Thrift Shop, where members sort, mend, wash, price, display and sell clothing, toys, books and household items. Volunteers also are needed to help out at Harmony Manor, the hospital’s skilled nursing facility, and within the hospital itself.
