Application process

In order to qualify for the program, volunteers must complete the following process: commit to six consecutive months from the date of orientation; complete the attached Volunteer Application; schedule an interview to discuss interest and availability; attend an orientation session; complete a two-step Tuberculosis (TB) test in one of our Employee Health offices; complete the Mandatory Hospital Annual Safety Education Module; have picture taken for ID badge
