Since its founding, GBMC has been fortunate to attract dedicated, committed volunteers who work throughout the medical center, serving as support to the hospital staff and as advocates and friends of the patients. With more than 600 active volunteers annually who provide over 90,000 hours of service each year, GBMC has a large and productive volunteer program.
