Join the Florida Hospital Waterman Auxiliary and serve in an environment that promotes health and healing while offering you an enriching volunteer experience. Florida Hospital Waterman depends on volunteers to assist in clinical and non-clinical areas of our hospital. Established in 1958, the Auxiliary has provided volunteer support in excess of 3 million hours and financial support totaling over $4.2 million. Application process

Our adult volunteers are required to pass a background check, attend mandatory orientation training, attend an annual education class, participate in an annual performance review and abide by Florida Hospital Waterman policies and procedures.
