Application process

All Volunteers are required to have a completed Volunteer Application Form on file to begin working at any volunteer position. Along with the application, volunteers need to show proof of: Current TB test (less than a year old); MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) immunizations; Current influenza vaccination; Hepatitis B immunization (s) if volunteering for a position in the laboratory or dental areas
