To become a Sparrow Teen Volunteer: Complete and submit theTeen Volunteer Application, click here. Read the response email you will receive when you submit your application. Follow the directions and click on the link given to: Complete the Orientation Training and the Safety Test; Obtain a TB test; Schedule an Interview. To become a Sparrow Summer Teen Volunteer: Complete and submit the Summer Teen Volunteer application click here. Read the response email you will receive when you submit your application. Follow the directions and click on the link given to: Schedule an Interview; Complete the Orientation training and the Safety Test; Obtain a TB test. There are 5 easy steps to become a Sparrow Adult Community Volunteer: Step 1: Application. Step 2: Provide references. Step 3: Complete orientation training and submit safety survey test.
