Application process

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. To volunteer, contact Tachelle Oshodi (812-602-2154) to arrange for an interview and/or complete the application below. You can mail or fax (812-421-7494). At the interview, you learn about the history of our clinic, our commitment to respecting confidentiality and patient’s rights, and what sort of takes might be best suited for the individual’s skills. Training is individualized on the needs and projects but all volunteers are trained on signing in/out, safety and fire regulations, HIPAA, confidentiality, and the phone system.
