Volunteer details

In Springfield, volunteer opportunities cover the spectrum – from direct patient contact through working on nursing units, providing "retail therapy" as a Gift Shop cashier, staffing information desks, clerical duties in offices, fundraisers, sewing projects and many other areas. Application process

When you’re ready, volunteering here is easy. Submit an application, schedule an interview (bring a signed Social Security card; interview includes a background screening and drug screen), and attend an orientation class. The class date will be provided during your interview.
