CCFHS provides health and social services to more than 13,000 patients in our 3 medical offices. More than 30% of the CCFHS service area population lives in households with incomes less than 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. We need your help--an hour or two of your time each week could make a big difference in the quality of life of our patients and their families.
