Volunteer details

College Station Medical Center is most appreciative to all the people who give so unselfishly of their time and energy to volunteer in the hospital.The hospital has two volunteers programs: the Sunshine Auxiliary and the Aggieland Volunteer Program.Sunshine Auxiliary Volunteers can be used by most hospital departments. However, they are typically used at the two welcome and information desks in the hospital’s lobbies, and in the gift shop.As students, Aggieland Volunteers typically commit to a minimum of 4 hours per week for one semester or more. Many of these volunteers are interested in entering a healthcare field and are looking for experience in a hospital setting.
