Volunteers have always been at the heart of Seattle Children's.Over the past nine decades, volunteers have guided our development, raised funds to keep the hospital's doors open, sewn clothing for the patients to wear, rocked babies, played therapeutic games with the children, and advocated on behalf of the hospital and the healthcare needs of children and their families in the Northwest.Volunteer service falls into two major categories:
* Direct patient contact
