Volunteer details

The purpose of this Auxiliary will be to render service the Chicot Memorial Medical Center and to the community through services that provide care and comfort to patients and their families; to promote projects that will enable the Auxiliary to assist the medical center as may be requested by the Administrator or the Board of Governors; to assist in community projects that have a bearing on the health and well being of the community as a whole; and to promote the pursuit of health careers for qualified students. Application process

An application for membership shall be completed by each potential member and she/he shall meet with a membership committee prior to being accepted. Active members will work in one of the service areas for a minimum of six (6) hours of volunteer service per month and attend monthly meeting of the Auxiliary. Annual dues are $5. This will qualify you for the following benefits: Free meals while on duty and Complimentary Health Screenings.
