Come join the hundreds of people who come to Bethesda to volunteer their time and skills. The hospital could not run without volunteer help and volunteer smiles. Our positions are constantly changing as we meet wonderful people with talents that they have developed through a lifetime. With their warm smiles and tremendous dedication, volunteers are an essential part of Bethesda's mission of providing quality health services in a caring manner.

Application process

The first step is to submit an application. The online application is simple and secure. Prospective volunteers can also pick up a paper application in the Volunteer Office. Teen applications are in paper form only and will be mailed to prospective teens.
