Be at least 14 years of age; Provide immunization records and proof of a 2-step TB (tuberculosis) skin test. Have a TB test administered. Go back within 48-72 hours to obtain the results. Wait 2 weeks. Go back to have another TB test administered. Go back within 48-72 hours to obtain those results. Turn both results into the Volunteer Services office (fax is 501-364-6251); Undergo a criminal background check; Attend hospital orientation. Patient care volunteers and indirect patient care volunteers attend separate orientations; Adhere to all ACH policies and procedures; Junior volunteers (high school students ages 14-18) must provide two letters of teacher recommendation; Submit an online application.
